About Me

A graduate from the Florida College of Natural Health in 1999. I have spent over 21 years of my massage career in an outpatient physical therapy facility in Naples, Fl. This clinical environment allowed me to master my skills in therapeutic and trigger point massage while treating a variety of medical and mobility diagnoses. As of 2021, I started my own business, Love Life Massage and Wellness, LLC. It is here where I plan to continue to grow my passion to help clients with massage, wellness, self care and education. I also hold certifications in Group Aquatic instruction and Personal Training. I can develop a personal training program with land-based or water-based exercises that focuses on strength, core, endurance and balance. In my free time I enjoy family and friends, cooking, traveling, exercise and meditation.
